Yinchuan Marathon medal officially released

On the morning of May 20th, the 2019 “Silk Road” Ningxia·Yinchuan International Marathon held a press conference at the release hall of Yinchuan City Administrative Center. At the meeting, the 2019 "Silk Road" Ningxia Yinchuan International Marathon (hereinafter referred to as 'Silver Horse') will be fired at 7:30 on May 26, 2019 at the People's Square West Road.

This year is the third time that Yinchuan City has held an international marathon. The organizers have learned from the experience of the previous two years, and the new ‘silver horse’ came into being. It is understood that this year's 'Yinma' has a total marathon (42.195 km), half marathon (21.0975 km) and happy running three projects, including 3,100 marathon, 6,000 marathon, and 10,000 happy runners. The total number of participants reached more than 19,100.

This year's Yinchuan International Marathon followed the road line of last year and added a lot of highlights to the overall event service. At the same time, the organizing committee also made a keynote speech on medals and competitions: this year marks the 70th anniversary of the motherland, and the ‘silver horse’ organizing committee and the top partner of the event, Jordan Sports, jointly produced a special 70th anniversary competition. The designers of Jordan Sports have negotiated with the Yinmao Organizing Committee for many times. For different projects, they have designed 10 styles for different contestants or participants. The fabrics are of good quality and exquisite workmanship.

In terms of medals, the upper part of Helan Mountain is the main body. The tall and steep mountain peaks and mountain ridges outline a strong sense of upwardness, conveying positive and struggling feelings. The lower part of the medal uses the sun god elements in the rock paintings of Helan Mountain, which outlines the edges and corners. The geometric shape emphasizes Yinchuan's long history and culture; the front is dominated by gold and blue; the back of the medal, the silver design of the whole body greatly enhances the texture of the medal; the main body of the picture subtly blends the silver horse logo with Helan Mountain. It means 'Feng Helan', and hopes for the future development of the Yinchuan Marathon. I hope that the Yinchuan Marathon is like a phoenix that has soared from the Helan Mountain, and rushed out of Yinchuan to the world.
